The Reserve at Hickory Ridge

This project involved combining and developing several parcels into a 157 acre development.  TKC was engaged initially to provide land planning services for the proposed project.  TKC provided the client with land plans from the original project size of 25 acres all the way to the final plan for the entire 157 acres which includes over 400 single family lots.  TKC also provided civil engineering for the project taking the project from conceptual design, through the City of Columbia’s Planning Commission process to the final steps of full construction documents and land disturbance permitting.
