Rural Subdivision

This project involved working with potential developer, existing property owner and other stakeholders to develop a master plan for the property that met the vision and requirements of all stakeholders.  The project included studying the site and doing several concepts that provided homesites that worked with the land while also meeting the needed density to make the project successful for the developer.  The final layout included 46 single family lots of a minimum of 1 acre with community open spaces.
