Sunset Point (Lock 6)

This project involved working with the potential developers to develop an overall masterplan for the site that included utilizing the projects waterfront and interior spaces to both get the density required by the potential developers and retain the natural landscape on the interior of the property.  The project included studying the property, the water front, developing concept plans and possible architectural products that could meet the desires of the clients vision and meet the grades and layout of the land. The final layout included dense development around the water front to maximize the usability of the property and lower density in the interior of the project to work with the existing contour and shape of the land.
