Sounds Crossing

This project involved developing a masterplan for the site with the owner’s vision and then providing full construction documents for the project.  TKC was initially engaged to develop an overall masterplan for the site that included single family homes, multifamily homes, general commercial and retail, office space and upper floor residential in the commercial area.  TKC took the vision for the project through master planning, rezoning and annexation into the City of Muscle Shoals and then completed construction plans for the project.
