The home will serve as a place for entertaining and relaxation for its visitors. The house sits atop a steep incline with woods surrounding it. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a bonus room, den, and a double height living room with expansive windows to capture views of surrounding trees and hillsides.

 The project scope included site design and interior design as well. Due to preserving as many trees as possible the roof lines are sloped with deep overhangs to eliminate the need for gutters and direct water away from the house. Construction is scheduled to be completed Summer of 2024.
