Santa Fe Residence

This farmhouse is situated on 30+ acres in Santa Fe, TN overlooking the beautiful countryside. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a detached garage and apartment above. An important design element was for the main entry to have views through the house to the exterior. The main living spaces have large windows and doors that open out to an exterior deck and screen porch that provides a great places to sip some Tennessee whiskey and take in the sunset. This house is currently in construction and is set to be completed in Fall of 2022.
