At TKC A&E we value architecture as an artful yet pragmatic exploration of the built world. We challenge conventional notions yet are logical with our approach and deliver distinctive design solutions that are derived from the innate characteristics of the project whether that be the clients vision, the site, the existing conditions or all of the above.
We actively engage with our clients in an open design process sharing concepts as they evolve and welcoming feedback and ideas. We believe in collaboration and welcome opportunities to work with local makers and consultants to provide the best design possible. Civil Engineering
TKC A&E civil engineering specializes in design services for private and public sector clients for projects of every shape and size. TKC A&E understands the regulations and processes to navigate the submittal and approval processes with cities and municipalities to help move your project forward as efficiently as possible. Our services include due diligence/zoning research, developing concept plans through construction documents and representing the owner throughout a project to name a few.
We are a team of qualified professionals with knowledge in all areas of civil engineering and experience working with design and construction teams and municipalities to develop your project successfully.

Land Planning
At TKC A&E we value the land planning process as working with the land to create a valuable asset for our client while also creating a design that works in harmony with the built surroundings and the natural world. We work on projects ranging from single residential lots to 50 lots or more, commercial developments of all sizes and creating master plans for commercial and residential developments.
We strive to take the clients vision to reality, and it all starts with a good land plan. We strive to communicate with our clients to understand their vision and then take that vision through the design process.
How We Work
To kick-off the project we will meet with you to hear your vision and discuss programmatic requirements, design inspirations and project timeline. We will then dive into the project and research the site/project/zoning/code and provide a series of schematic drawings that may ranges from hand sketches to rendered plans to 3-dimensional views. These drawings will be used to communicate our initial design concepts with you and provide site research data. From there we will present you with a full design package of what will eventually become the final built product. We will work with you throughout the construction process to help ensure your vision is continually carried out until your project is completed.
