Nashville Sobro Hotel

This custom hotel will be a 180-room hotel located in the So-Bro neighborhood of downtown Nashville. The project scope includes the interior design of a ground floor jump lobby with pop-up retail, a main lobby on the fifth floor offering various guest lounging and gathering areas, a cafe, and a bar that extends to an exterior patio and pool area, and the design of the guest rooms and suites. The interior palette is a curated blend of both the old and new traits of Nashville, pulling from the iconic 60’s and 70’s era of mid-century recording studios and the modern flare that has begun to permeate and mesh with the historic buildings that make up a large portion of the fabric of the city. TKC A&E is currently in the Design Development phase of the project. Project completion is estimated for 2023.
