Turtle Point Pool Expansion/Renovation

Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club is located on Wilson Lake in Killen, AL. The property includes a golf course, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and yacht storage. TKC was engaged to provide space planning for the existing 42,000 SF clubhouse for future renovation and civil site, architectural, and interior design for the new pool house, pool deck, and outdoor dining areas. Other program includes an outdoor bar, new back-of-house kitchen, various outdoor dining and gathering areas that are situated to maximize the views of Wilson Lake. The pool was completed in Summer of 2022 with sitework continuing through Fall of 2022.
